Protecting your information

Information entered in the contact and proposal forms — name, email, organization, area of expertise, indicative budget, timeline and message — is sent to Netlify Forms for intake and spam filtering, then notified to our Yahoo mailbox so we can respond. No marketing consent is requested and no attachments are collected.

For privacy questions or access, correction or deletion requests, contact VOLTE-FACE CANADA at voltefacepharma@yahoo.com. Inquiries are accessible to authorized firm personnel, Netlify for technical processing and spam filtering, and Yahoo for notifications. Processing outside Québec is possible. Do not submit sensitive information. The head of VOLTE-FACE CANADA is responsible for privacy and can be reached at that same address. Inquiries are retained to process them and handle necessary follow-up to the professional relationship; you may request deletion, subject to applicable obligations.

No advertising or analytics cookies are enabled. A functional cookie may remember your language choice. No optional tracking tools are used.

Appointment requests use our contact form and are confirmed personally. If an external calendar link is offered, following it leaves this website for the named provider, whose privacy policy applies. No external calendar loads before you click.
