What happens in the first conversation?
You describe your situation and what you want to improve. We ask questions to understand the context, then tell you whether and how we can help. The terms of this conversation are confirmed when the time is set.
How do I book an appointment?
Fill in the contact form with your availability. We reply to confirm a time. Consultations take place every day, by appointment.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Our support is delivered online from Québec, which lets us work with organizations in different regions.
Which organizations do you work with?
Small and medium businesses, leaders and their teams, nonprofits and institutions that want to clarify priorities, organize their work better or improve performance.
How are your fees set?
Our indicative fees are shown on the Pricing page. For an engagement, the price depends on scope, duration and deliverables; it is specified in a written proposal before you commit to anything.
How long does an engagement last?
It depends on the challenge: from a few weeks for a focused assessment to several months for implementation support. The duration is agreed with you in the proposal.
Who carries out the engagement?
The management of VOLTE-FACE CANADA prepares and oversees each engagement. Depending on the expertise required, associate consultants may contribute; the proposal tells you who.
Is my information kept confidential?
The information you send us is used to handle your request, as explained in our privacy policy. Do not send sensitive data through the form; confidential documents are exchanged once the engagement is formalized.
Do you provide legal advice?
No. We work in management and organizational consulting. For a legal question, including the interpretation of a contract, consult a lawyer or notary.
